Dr. Isabel Norren | April 17, 2010So you’ve probably heard of Youth Juice and their claim to improve your health. You may have even purchased a bottle but what are you buying and from whom? You may recall in 1990 there a huge controversy over the illegal pyramid scam started by the Fund America Inc. Company created by Bob Edwards. He stole 33 million from poor people then ran to Canada when the US General Attorney’s office shut them down for good and barred Bob Edwards from ever conducting business of any kind in the USA. These days Bob is keeping himself busy ripping people off with his latest MLM Scheme: Youth Juice.
Now having run away to Canada, Bob and his right hand partner in crime (Shawn Noonan) have started the Vancouver based company called “Our World Network” , a company with a series of MLM (multi level marketing) schemes affiliated with it.
Perhaps you’ve heard of Sleepees, an “all natural” sleeping aid that as yanked of the selves after the health board discover that they contained the narcotic Estazolam. Originally these were sold as a supplement with no chemical ingredients, then after one women died and several people were hospitalized, it was discovered that they were using a highly addictive and dangerous drug to knock people out and get them addicted to the drug. When they finally spoke to the press, they completely denied any responsibility. It wasn’t until a formal investigation was held by Health Canada that the company claimed that the use of the drug that had affected so many people was accidental.
Dr. Meg Jordan, a leading expert in the health and wellness field has recently settled a lawsuit against OWN for the gross miss use of her image, credentials and endorsements. The suit (which she won) came after OWN fabricated endorsements and used her image to sell products such as Youth Juice and sleeping aids with no prior consent.
Youth Juice and its founder is simply a scam. Why would you pay 100 dollars for juice that cannot deliver what it promises or support someone that has been chased out of every business he has ever run, and been responsible for the pain and suffering of so many?
